Bowen for recovery on a note in the amount of $20,000, and to foreclose a chattel mortgage on certain Holstein dairy cows; and sued defendants Highland Park State Bank of San Antonio, John Houseman and Roger Berset for the value of 48 of said cows allegedly converted by them.
